Public bookings list view

1 a. Events page – list view

This is the main page that lists all published events. It is possible to filter the list by selecting a specific course, location or instructor with the drop down menus. It is also possible to filter with free text in the input field “Filter”.

The list view is selected by default, but there is also a map view (see section 1 b).

Clicking a row in the list will take you to the event details page with information about the event (see section 2).

Clicking the Book button will take you to the booking view where the booking for the event is created (see section 3)

1 b. Events page – map view

The map view shows all the locations from the list on a map. It is possible to zoom the map, move it around and change the map type to satellite view.

Clicking on a pin will show information about the location and a list of all the events on that location. Clicking on an event on the list will take you to the event details view (see section 2)

2. Event details view

The event details view will show information about the agenda, location and persons of the event (in this example called course, location and instructors). It is possible to zoom the map, move it around, and change the map type to satellite view.

If the event has the participants list activated, it will show all participants that have already booked for the event (all participants that have not chosen to not be included in the participants list).

Clicking the Book button will take you to the booking view where the booking for this event takes place (see section 3).

3. Booking view

This is where the booking is created. The name, e-mail and telephone number are required fields. A booking confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address with all information about the booking and a link to the event.

The confirmation e-mail will also contain a link back to the booking to make it possible to change the booking or delete it.
