Dashboard page

1. Dashboard

This is the first page you see after logging in, and it is also the first item in the menu. The booking status tab of the dashboard shows the booking status of the current published events. Current events is events that take place today or in the future. The booking status shows how many of the maximum number of participants are already booked. Clicking an event will take you to the event details page.

The booking history tab shows a bar chart of the number of bookings every month since the start of the booking system.

Visible for users with role admin or user.

Bookings page

2. Bookings

The bookings page shows all bookings in descending order. The latest bookings is the first in the list so that it is easy to get a quick look at the latest bookings.

The bookings page is showing the current bookings first by default. That is the bookings for current presentations (currently published events on the public booking site, that are able to be booked). By clicking the History button, bookings from historical events are being shows instead.

Clicking a booking will take you to the booking details view, and clicking the Add Booking button will make it possible to create a new booking for a selected event.

Visible for users with role admin or user.

3. Events

The events page shows all events. By default first the current events that are taking place today or in the future. By clicking the History button, the historical events will be shown.

By clicking on an event you will see the event details page. There you can edit or delete the event. You can copy the event to a selected date or you can repeat the event once a week for up to 10 weeks.

By clicking the Add Event button, a new event can be created.

Visible for users with role admin or user.

4. Resources

This is where administrators manage the resources of the application. The resources are the agendas, persons and locations that can be reused in the events. This saves a lot of time if several events use the same agenda, location, or person that are responsible for the event.

There is one tab for every type of resource. Click the resource to edit or delete it, or the Add button to add a new resource. It is easy to set a location on a map. This can be done by searching with an address, select your current location, or just drop a marker on the map and move it around until it is correctly located.

Resources are only visible for users with role admin.
